Headed Out? Locasaur makes it easy for any user to delete their account.

• First head into your Locasaur app, and select settings on your Profile Tab (business users will find this option on their Team Tab).

• Select “Delete Account” after which you’ll be asked to provide your login credentials to verify.

• Enter your credentials to trigger an account deletion request that will be fulfilled within 24 hours.

Note - Your associated Locasaur data, including name, login credentials, and phone number will be deleted. Data that is shared with the businesses you interact with (for example - purchase history and messages) will be maintained so that businesses have complete records and reports. If you have concerns over the continuity of specific pieces of data, by all means reach out and request for spot deletions.
